2.2 Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have authority to enter these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your account and contact information accurate.

2.3 Solar Services

Quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time and may change due to site assessments or utility requirements. Performance guarantees, if any, will be specified in your project agreement.

2.4 SMS Program Terms (A2P Compliance)

  • Opt‑In: You must provide express written consent. Methods include keyword opt‑in, web form checkbox, or signed agreement.
  • Message Frequency: Recurring; varies per user engagement (max 8 msgs/month unless you initiate conversations).
  • Cost: Message & data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan.
  • Opt‑Out: Text STOP to +1 416‑732‑7357 to cancel.
  • Help: Text HELP or contact sms@thekryptonsolar.com.
  • Carriers: Supported by major Canadian & U.S. carriers; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent Not Required for Purchase: Purchasing goods/services is independent of SMS consent.

2.5 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (logos, text, graphics, software) is owned by or licensed to Krypton Energy Group and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use our marks without prior written consent.

2.6 User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) violate laws; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) interfere with our systems; (d) use the Site or SMS Program for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.

2.7 Third‑Party Links & Tools

The Site may link to third‑party sites or tools. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.

2.8 Disclaimer of Warranties

Except as expressly stated, services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Estimated energy savings are illustrative and not guaranteed.

2.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krypton Energy Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, services, or SMS Program. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

2.10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Krypton Energy Group, its directors, and employees harmless from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site/SMS Program.

2.11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, except where prohibited.

2.12 Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the Site or SMS.
